Proactive monitoring gives you the comfort of knowing that the professionals at drb are keeping an eye on your systems 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  In the event of a pending failure, we help you avoid a crisis by resetting the device(s) you specify.   For each device you have us monitor, you get up to two (2) instances of one hour of remote labor per month.  What this means to you is the knowledge that your systems will remain up and running whether you watch them or not.
